Carrie McCrum, CDA/PDA brings a great sense of humor to the team at Transitions Group North America. Accomplishments, initiative and challenges are some of the things Carrie values. For the past twenty-eight years she has held various roles in the dental practice. Carrie was also an instructor for Niagara College in their Dental Office Administration Program holding such certificates in Effectiveness Training and Steven Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. She is also a current member of ODN & AA.
