Course faculty provide updates on several aspects pertaining to understanding the latest concepts necessary to understand and manage the patient with periodontal disease.

Topics include:

  • Classification and Diagnosis
  • Nutrition and Periodontitis
  • Treatment Strategies, including discussion of mechanical therapy, chemotherapeutics, lasers, and regenerative procedures.
Several case studies will be presented to illustrate procedures and principles.
