Gems of the Baltic - Roundtrip Copenhagen

10-day Northern Europe Cruise

Join us as we set sail aboard Holland America Lines five-star ms Eurodam for an exciting 10 day Northern
Europe Cruise. Holland America Line was founded in Europe over 180 years ago, so they know the area well.
HALs uncrowded Europe has the least number of guests and most spacious ships amongst major cruise
lines sailing to Europe. Save money versus land-based vacations with most everything included and beat
the exchange rate against the Euro by paying for everything in U.S. Dollars and for those purchases you do
make ashore, a convenient onboard Foreign Exchange Service is available. You can also earn 12 CDE credits
while enjoying an outstanding program with our distinguished speaker.

Prosthodontics Redux:
What we knew then, What we know now, and What it means?

Presented by Charles W. Wilcox, DDS, MS, FAGD, FACP, FACD

We look for inspirational guidance when cases generate special concerns involving technically difficult environments. We look to make things simpler but fear that in so doing we have compromised the potential results.

Some of the areas to be discussed include:
  • Combinations Syndrome
  • Occlusal Analysis
  • Functional Occlusion
  • Facial Harmony
  • Esthetics
  • Advanced Treatment Planning
  • Implant loading
  • Implants in Kids
  • Mini-implants
Dr. Wilcox is Professor of Prosthodontics at Creighton University School of Dentistry. He
received his DDS from University of Nebraska in 1972, his MS from the University of Texas
and completed his Residency in Prosthodontics at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San
Antonio, TX. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. Dr. Wilcox retired
from the US Air Force Dental Corp in 1995 when he joined the faculty at Creighton.
