Conway, AR: Our well-established comprehensive dental practice is seeking a FT Associate Dentist to join our experienced team. One of our full-time dentists is looking to retire and we are looking for the right fit to fill this role on our team. Our patient base is a mix of all ages but mainly sees adults. The practice is fee for service, as well as accepting some insurance. No Medicaid. A new associate could expect to be as busy as their experience level would allow. We perform all general dentistry services from fillings to endodontics and implant surgery. We have a fantastic staff that have many years of service experience!  Compensation is a guaranteed base with a percentage of collections paid above that. All lab fees are paid by practice. Benefits include paid health insurance, continuing education allowance and matching 401k contributions. Associate must be able to provide all aspects of General Dentistry and be a licensed DDS or DMD.
